Hello, allow me to introduce myself, my name is Tara founder of Tara's Remedy a baby business originating in Lakewood, Co 2023. I am a Colorado native, born and raised. Someone very passionate about helping my community have access to clean organic products and holistic healing medicinal tea blends. My journey all began back in 2015 I was sick all the time my diet was trash and I didn't know much about health at that youthful naive age. I would profusely vomit daily and was constant fatigued, struggled with addiction to opiates, hair was thinning from falling out in clumps, I was severely depressed, and had constant anxiety. It is safe to say my mental health and overall wellness was in jeopardy. I knew for a fact I couldn't go on like this. I quickly began researching and finding answers to things the doctor couldn't, after they prescribed me just about everything, I decided to take my health back into my hands and follow the old ways. I began digging and connecting to my ancestry roots (natures way).I knew that if we don't advocate for our health no one will tell us the truth, and most doctor can't even cure a common cold. After getting older a common cold hits different especially when you work full time. Being so sickly made me get up an make my own remedies because I was desperate for change, oh and a change is what came! I hope you can learn to love an appreciate holistic healing like I have.
